The newest member of the team, Quinn Perkins is a baby lawyer with a secret past and a lot to learn. She’s not always sure what’s going on but that doesn’t stop her from jumping in the trenches with her colleagues, finding solutions to the seemingly unsolvable. Her intuition, her likeability and her optimism all serve her well in her new post but she’ll have to overcome her trusting nature and expectations of a happy ending if she’s going to last long in the messy world of Olivia Pope and Associates. Quinn also has a secret, many secrets, which will lead more than one person to ask, “Who is Quinn?”
